Our Process
At Ace Outdoor Restoration, we are experts in powder coating outdoor patio furniture. Each piece of furniture goes through a step by step process that ensures a long lasting, durable powder coated finish. We start by completely disassembling each piece of furniture by removing all the old plastic parts and hardware. If needed, weld repairs are made. Then the old finish is removed down to bare metal using a chemical stripper tank and media blasting. Next the powder coating primer and top coat is applied and baked on at 400 degrees. Once cured, we assemble the furniture with all new plastic parts, and stainless steel bolts.
